Anna is 9 years old, she is a big animal lover and wants to be an animal activist when she grows up.

Why did you go vegan?

One of her friends told her about Peta Kids, and she immediately loved it. Anna learned on PETA website about the poor animals in factory farms and why eating vegan is good for animals and the environment. She told her parents about it, and her mum loved the idea and supported it.

What is your fave vegan food?

Vegan sushi and veggie burgers

What is the #1 way you like to help animals?

Anna and her friends have their own organization SPAEW (Society For The Protection Of All Earth's Wildlife), but they are still working on the website. It will contain info.Anna is also working on a letter to the president about banning sports hunting. She also has her own youtube channel on nature.

The finalists will be notified and featured on the PETA Kids website by 12 noon ET on June 16, which is when public voting opens to help PETA Kids determine the winner and runner-up. Voting to help determine the winner and runner-up ends at 12 noon ET on June 25, and the kids will be notified and featured on the PETA Kids website by 12 noon ET on June 29.

PETA Kids will consider these factors in choosing the finalists, runner-up, and winner: the number of votes received and the entrants’ enthusiasm for animal rights.
