Why did you go vegan?
At age 5, Dani asked about ice cream. She was vegetarian & I was Vegan. I told her the truth. She made the decision on her own to become Vegan. She is proud of it. She knows that Veganism isn’t just about what we consume. It is about what we wear, what we are entertained by & an ethical way to live.
What is your fave vegan food?
Any dish w/ Tofu and rice noodles w/ miso broth & veggies.
What is the #1 way you like to help animals?
Education. Talking in a positive way about what Veganism is.
